Quotes: prices shown on local pages are researched typical ranges, not fixed offers. Your quote is confirmed for your specific job before any work begins; nothing is added on the day without your approval.
The work: we carry out the job described in your confirmed quote. Access, volume, building rules and special items can change the scope — where they do, we tell you before proceeding.
Liability: work is carried out with reasonable care and appropriate insurance for the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
